The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved our balcony overlooking the stunning views. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the two pools, one with a poolside bar and the other by the beach. The beach itself was breathtaking, and we even got to do some snorkeling. we highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable triple room with a nice balcony and amazing view. The AC was a plus. Having a bidet, a hair dryer, and bath sheets was convenient. The staff provided polite service, which was great! 😊

We came to Watamu for a trip and the hotel suited our needs. We truly enjoyed our rooms with a balcony. The climate control, private safe, and multi-channel TV were good. The location was absolutely perfect - close enough to the ocean.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with well-maintained swimming pools and sunbeds on the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always responding quickly to any request. We especially loved the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant and the fact that we could choose to have our meals on the terrace or on the beach. this hotel offered a clean and comfortable environment with excellent customer service.

The staff at Crystal Bay Resort is incredibly welcoming and provided us with excellent service throughout our stay. We had a comfortable night's sleep in the spacious triple room. The hotel's convenient location near the sandy beach was a definite highlight. We would definitely consider staying at Crystal Bay Resort again when we're in Watamu.

If you are looking for a great Easter holidays experience, this resort ticks all the boxes. the buffet breakfast is fantastic, offering a mix of local and continental dishes, perfect to start your day. the resort's location is unbeatable, with many activities to keep guests entertained. From water sports, swimming, snorkeling to visiting nearby attractions, everyone is sure to have a wonderful time. And last but not least, the staff is very warm, friendly, and attentive, always willing to assist with any request.

There are a few areas for improvement. we found the lunch and dinner options limited during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Had a blast during my weekend stay! Two nice clean swimming pools perfect for a relaxing dip, and unbeatable access to an amazing beach. I was thrilled with the helpful and friendly staff. They upgraded our room at no extra cost and even organised breakfast delivery from a nearby venue, free of charge!

I guess the hotel has seen better days. Although the staff was friendly, there were not many around.

The resort had two lovely pool areas, one by the beach and both surrounded by beautiful trees. The staff were hospitable and provided good service. The rooms were airy and equipped with air conditioning. Breakfast was tasty and a variety of food options were available. The beach was stunning with opportunities for snorkeling or you can book a snorkeling tour of the marine park. Tuk-tuk rides can be used to get around the area with ease.

The hotel would benefit from more variety in meals.

The prices for the rooms were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the amazing views from the balcony. Speaking of the balcony, it was an absolute highlight to wake up to the stunning sea view every morning. Secondly, the location of the hotel, right on the beach, was simply perfect. Being able to explore the beautiful beaches and enjoy the well-maintained gardens was a dream come true. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Special mention to the manager, who was always available to address any concerns.
